I ordered online and sent my daughter to pick up my food and they would not give her my food because she wasn't me. I called the manager John and he said that it was a policy when the credit card holder isn't there. If that is the case then at the end of your placed order it should say that if a credit is being used to pay for the order then the credit card holder should come pick up the order. I have sat down and ate in that restaurant and used my credit card and they never asked if it was me and furthermore that's like a drive through service and when do they ever ask if the person is who is handing them the credit card? I believe it was a personal race issue. The food wasn't even done at the promised time and my daughter waited and they had the nerve to think she would drive back home and I would go back up there to get the food. The manager was rude when I spoke to him and couldn't even point out the policy online. And on top of that she called me while the waitress was right there so and they still wouldn't let her pay for my $16 order. Beware don't let ur children go pick your food up especially if your black!
Didn’t get to eat here because of ridiculous customer service. Walked in at 5:15 hoping to get a table. Were told yes but would have to wait 10 minutes. Which we were completely fine with. But when we were getting seated 15 minutes later, we realized that the restaurant was almost completely empty ( why did it take 15 mins?). Then we realized the booth wouldn’t fit us, we asked for a table. Which they made a big deal that we might not get a table. Even though we walked past 5 completely empty tables. Then they said it will be a 40 minutes wait for a table! Yet we walked past 5 completely empty tables. And there were only 3 tables in the entire restaurant with people!!! We walked out because that was completely ridiculous. Won’t be returning.
Food and service was great, but the ending not so much.

Came in with a party of 8 for my birthday. Service was good. Our server was a nice girl who tended to all our needs. She helped split our checks. I always leave cash tips even if it's debit card transactions. As we were leaving I overheard her complaining to a co-worker that we didn't leave tips. If you are going to complain to your co-workers about customers, you shouldn't do it while your customer is walking past you. I returned to let her know that I did leave her a tip.
Outstanding place. I always have a great time using the bathroom because they play awesome tunes. However, it seems that every time I try to Shazam the song, it won't identify the song. It was disappointing, but nonetheless, great time in the restroom.
Very nice experience. Food and service noticeably improved. Highly recommended.
