Excellent service. great customer service in the men's department. The only bad experience is the security, they just follow you around for no reason. Racism is high in the LP department. They act like they are shopping but they are very obvious that they are following every step you do. Security y'all ain't slick.
I bought an expensive shoes because the sale told me it's comfortable. It's very expensive $170. I ask the sales to keep the box for me for very little wile when I try to walk a little to see if it's comfortable. After ten minutes I got back and tried to exchanged another pairs of shoes. The two ladies Eliza and Jessica told me Ruben was out for lunch and nobody else can help me for exchange. I told them I can't wait that long but they insist that only Ruben can help me. What a ridiculous reason for a customer to wait!

Overworked stressed rude employees would rather make a sale than assist in the W omens Department. Everything is a mess, clothes everywhere on the floor inside fitting room.
