The people that work at the front desk, have absolutely no business working customer service especially when they cater to people with mental health issues. I have never in my entire life encountered such obscenely rude treatment.

Well, I called to try and schedule an appointment and the lady who answered put me on hold for 47 minutes before I hung up. I consider myself a generally understanding and reasonable person. I know I'm not entitled to anything. But am I overreacting or is that kind of unacceptable? If this is how they handle a simple phone call, I have deep misgivings about how they treat the people really trying to get some help.

Look, I haven't actually received care here (since I couldn't even schedule an appointment) so I can't rate their treatment but this experience just gave me a really bad feeling about them. I'm sad and frustrated. I'm upset by this because I thought that these are the people that are supposed to care. I really hope that my experience was just a fluke and that the patients here are getting the aid that they need. Or else, at least I hope that this might serve as a wake up call for them.

You are better off somewhere else. Everyone is rude.... Don't miss an appointment cause then they will be worse. It's very tough to get medication and they don't care if you suffer.

My caseworker, Martha, is wonderful & very helpful. My meds monitor is doing a good job.

I called back immediately to tell them what happened and the person who answered (different from the first) didn't seem to care much. He didn't even acknowledge my complaint until I straight up confronted him about it and asked if he thought that it was acceptable. I understand that it wasn't him who put me on hold for 47 minutes but most companies would at least try to sound apologetic.
