The manager Jess Is cool we stay there all the time. At times it can be a little messy But when Jess is there things are in order.
My experience was awful! The first room they gave me was not even cleaned , the shower towel on the floor dirty , the blankets on the bed were used! I told the desk they gave me another room , well someone's used toothbrush was on the cabinet and the bathtub has MOLD ! TG hen I have to leave 100.00 deposit cash and she couldn't give it back I had to go to the Monrovia location to get it!!!! Very disappointing.. Will not go back EVER. The kick in the butt was they charged my card and when I got there they charged me again!!!shittyvtreatment.
I have stayed at this place for over 2 months. My room is scheduled to be cleaned twice a week. I am lucky if it gets cleaned once every 2 weeks. This is with complaining every week. My room has never had a room # On it, my towel bar has been falling off seance day one.
