First time at one so I don't have much to compare it to, but these guys are awesome! This is my first bowling equipment so I didn't know what to look for or expect. Was originally planning to order an entry level bowling ball and bag online but I became a bit impatient with the wait time and shipping costs. Decided to check out any local shops first and this one looked the most promising although it was a bit out of the way for me.
The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to impart their knowledge and advice. Honestly, I can't imagine it getting much better than this. Thanks Ed for the awesome assistance! If I need any other services I'll be back, for sure!

After some shopping around, I was able to get a used pro ball at a great price including a custom fitting! They even stayed after hours to help me with a new bowling ball...twice in a row! With a smile, not a complaint or grumble, and didn't even seem to be rushing me at all! They made fitting adjustments on the spot and from what I could tell, they have the latest hours which is best for me because I work late.
I've been going to Ed for nearly 20 years now. He really knows his stuff, has great service, and reasonable prices. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
